At-home fitness streaming apps are popular for a reason — they offer the intensity of in-person classes without the trip to the gym, making it super easy to fit a workout into your schedule. But with so many different fitness apps available, it can be hard to figure out which ones are worth the download.

That’s why the experts at the Good Housekeeping Institute’s Wellness Lab rounded up the best workout apps. Each one offers a variety of workouts, teaching styles, and instructors to help you reach your goals. Try one (or a few!) to figure out your favorite. Most of these fitness apps offer free trials (just don’t forget to cancel before the trial ends if you don’t want to sign up).
